Notes: The GUI Guide

Hi,

There is a new book in the TMS-OS library:

  The GUI Guide: International Terminology for the Windows Interface
    Microsoft Press, 1993
    ISBN: 1-55615-538-7

It starts by defining about 450 User Interface terms (e.g. 'scroll-bar'), then gives translations of these into the following European Languages:

  Czech      Danish     Dutch	   Finnish    French     German     Hungarian
  Italian    Norwegian  Polish     Portugese  Russian    Spanish    Swedish

This book should be very useful when we need to produce foreign-language versions of TMS-OS.
